Southern Town Park is, as the name suggests, on the Southern fringe of Abingdon. The park is managed by the local Vale of the Vale of the White Horse District Council (VWHDC), while Abingdon Green Gym regularly hold work parties here to assist in maintaining the facility.
Tasks include removing overgrown vegetation and litter picking.
The meeting point for this site is the Football Club car park just off Lambrick Way, a short distance from Abingdon Marina.
